• Do I need a referral? No referral is required to attend physio unless you are a WorkCover (or other compensable) patient.

• What should I wear? Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated.

• What should I expect? Your initial consultation will include a detailed discussion about your injury, symptoms, medical history, and goals. This helps us gain a thorough understanding of your situation so we can create a personalised rehabilitation plan tailored specifically for you.

• How do payments work? We are a cashless practice. Payment is required on the day of your appointment via EFTPOS.
  • Private health insurance rebates are available on the spot if you bring your membership card.
  • We accept Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plans (formerly EPC plans). We will process the Medicare claim online for you after full payment.

• Will you work with my other health professionals? Absolutely! We strongly believe in a team approach. We regularly collaborate with GPs, specialists, surgeons, coaches, personal trainers, and other allied health professionals to ensure you receive the best possible care and get back to doing what you love.

• Where are you located? We are conveniently located in the industrial area of Lawson, right next door to LabFit Gym and share a room with Birdwood Podiatry. Address: 23 Cascade Street, Lawson NSW 2778. There is plenty of free onsite parking available.

• What is your cancellation policy? We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
