- Do I need a referral? No referral is required to attend physio unless you are a Workcover patient 🙂
- What should I wear? Loose fitting clothing that will allow access to the injury site is best!
- What should I expect? Initial consults consist of lots of questions from your physio so that they have a really good understanding of your injury, you and your history, this allows them to make the best rehab plan for you!
- What’s the go with payments? We are cashless and have eftpos with private health rebates available on the spot if you bring your card, we also accept Medicare Chronic Condition Mangement Plans if you have one, full payment is required and we can submit the medicare claim online for you 🙂
- Will you work with my other health professionals? YES! We love being a part of your team, we want to work with all your health professionals, caoches, PT’s to get you back doing what you love.
- What do I do if I need to cancel? We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for all cancellations to avoid our cancellation fee being charged 🙂
